Hitachi Energy has won an export deal for a total of SEK 147 billion for equipment for wind farms in the North Sea. Minister for Development Aid and Foreign Trade Johan Forssell and Hitachi's Global CEO Claudio Facchin visited Ludvika in connection with the deal.
At least 1000,<> are linked to the record deal. Most of the equipment will be manufactured in LudVika. Today, the company announced that they need to hire atotal of 2000 people in Sweden to be able to meet demand.
