Dry and sunny weather means that the risk of grass fires right now is great. SMHI has issued a warning that applies, among other things, to Jönköping County.
Large parts of central and northern Götaland and parts of western Svealand are covered by the warning. A drone with an infrared thermal camera will facilitate the rescue service's work to get a better overview of the fires in the county. The rescue service says that it is surprising that there have not been more grass fires over the weekend.
