Eskilstuna's new shelter for women was inaugurated on Monday. It will not open for those in need until a few days later.
An alarm and an evacuation map must be set up before the premises can be used. The two women's beds that existed in the existing shelter Annexet, which is located in Smörparken, will be converted into sleeping places for men. The number of homeless men who can sleep indoors will increase from eight to ten per night. In the clip above, you get to take a tour of the new women's shelter.
