Henan Province has identified a total of 16 designated storage points, listed for open purchase of damaged wheat. The grain and material reserve system of Henan Province focuses on four aspects of good service.
For damaged wheat that is tested to not meet food hygiene indicators, strengthen supervision of all links and the whole process of purchase, storage and marketing, says Li Enhao, a reporter for the Main Station of the Henan Provincial Food and Material Reserve Bureau. The province will use such regulatory means as "four nos, two directs" and "cross-inspection" to seriously investigate and deal with them.
