Jerry Martin, 51, opened a mobile hard drug store Wednesday in Vancouver, Canada. The establishment offered its customers heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and MDMA.

Health Canada launched a three-year pilot project on Jan. 31 that decriminalizes possession of several hard drugs in British Columbia. The authorities allow a maximum of 2.5 grams of substances to adults. In 2022 alone, this Canadian province had 2,720 deaths of this type of drug.. The owner intends to provoke a debate regarding the supply of these substances, decriminalized since January.
