Former US President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he arrived in Manhattan to testify before New York Attorney General Letitia James. James filed a civil lawsuit in New York state court in Manhattan last September against Trump and his three adult children.
Trump also sued James after she filed that lawsuit. Trump has been charged with 34 counts of falsifying documents related to the payment of money to actress Stormy Daniels in exchange for covering up an affair believed to have existed between them. Trump denies any wrongdoing and says he is the victim of "political persecution"
