Haifa Bamehriz Henriksson is stuck in Malaysia after seven years in Boden. She was expelled by the Swedish Migration Board because she wanted to apply for a work permit when she was to be deported.
The agency's own minutes from April 19, 2022 state: "Applicants have already submitted a work permits application through track replacement today" Haifa and her husband are currently meeting temporarily in Malaysia and continue the fight against the Migration Board. They have started a petition to be submitted to Swedish Migration Agency.
