The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, went to the scene of the accident with a train, the cars of which derailed on the evening of May 2. The reason was the interference of unauthorized persons in the work of railway transport, he said.
There were no casualties. The incident occurred as a result of an explosive device in the area of the Snezhetskaya railway station. The locomotive and about 20 cars of the freight train derailed in the Bryansk region.
