The Commercial Court of Grenoble has chosen the cooperative Intersport to take over the group in difficulty Go Sport. The decision follows "the unanimous opinion of the creditors and employees," according to the court.
The other favorite in the race, the British group Frasers, counted on the "perfect synergies" between the two companies, especially in France, where it currently has only seven stores. But the representative of Sports Direct indicated several times during the hearing "on the one hand that the Go Sport brand had no future", underlines the decision.
