German Minister of Food and Agriculture Cem Ozdemir called on Warsaw to abandon its national interests for the sake of the Kyiv regime. "European solidarity should not be sacrificed to the short-term national interests of one country," he said.

On April 15, Poland and Hungary announced a ban on the import of agricultural products from Ukraine after farmers in European countries faced losses due to overstocking of the markets of these states with Ukrainian grain. Earlier, the EU considered illegal the decisions of European countries to ban Ukrainian agricultural products.
