The heads of diplomacy of the G7 countries arrived this Sunday, April 16 in the small Japanese mountain resort of Karuizawa for discussions on the growing pressure of China on Taiwan. The G7 has regularly warned Beijing against attempting to change the status quo on Taiwan by force, and some of its members are sounding the alarm again.

According to US intelligence, Beijing is accelerating the development of its strategic means in order to have, by 2027, an army that could deter the United States.
