A drone attack on the Kremlin will not help the Kiev authorities avoid defeat in the conflict. This was stated by retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter.

Ritter stressed that this incident is a political act that will not bring Kiev military advantages. The responsibility for the attack lies with Ukraine and its sponsors: the United States, NATO and the European Union, he said. He expressed confidence that the incident will not change the overall situation in which Kiev is defeated in the Conflict. The assistant to the head of Chechnya, the commander of the Akhmat special forces, Apti Alaudinov, expressed confidence the counteroffensive would end in defeat.
