The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) made a proposal to amend the draft law "On Employment", which is being prepared for the second reading. The corresponding document was sent to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and to the lower house of the Russian parliament.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the number of unemployed registered in employment centers has decreased by 23 thousand people in Russia since the beginning of the year. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that 7 billion rubles are provided for the program to stimulate the hiring of workers.
