There is a shortage of dentists in 17 of the country's 21 regions. In Dalarna the situation is better than a year ago.

Filippo Di Paolantonio is one of the latest recruits in the region. He chose Dalarna because of the language course and the long hours. He says higher pay would help attract more people to the region, which is in the north of Sweden and the north-east of Norway, where there is a much greater demand for dentists.
