According to one resident, Khartoum woke up again to artillery shelling, exchanges of fire and helicopter overflights. The army claimed to have found thousands of uniforms, fearing that the RSF would use them to commit crimes. The RSF said it was ready "to cooperate, coordinate and open all airports," but it was difficult to know which side controlled what.
