Gun-Britt Johansson and her family have set up a surveillance camera in the 92-year-old mother's apartment. The home care service does not want to be monitored and requires the camera to be turned off.
"There is a war between us and Kungsbacka municipality," says Johansson. The responsible manager at the municipality says that the family is in dialogue with the family. The mother has dementia and wants to stay in her own apartment in Kungs backa municipality.
