The Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently studied and drafted the "Interim Regulations on the Management of Scripted Entertainment (Draft for Comments)" The draft lays an important foundation for further strengthening the legislation of the scripted entertainment industry, promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry, and promoting the rule of law. Some industry insiders pointed out that the establishment of a corresponding regulatory system is conducive to standardizing the development ofthe industry.
The deadline for comments is May 5, and the draft is open to the public for comments.
