Former CIA adviser James Rickards says the U.S. is the worst enemy of the United States.

Rickards wrote about this in an article for The Daily Reckoning. He noted that the dollar has become a weapon, since Washington always starts a financial war against its political rivals. According to Rickards, sanctions will hurt Washington more than Moscow, since a number of countries can create alternative payment platforms that do not use the US currency. Earlier, Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska expressed the opinion that thedollar will cease to dominate the world in five years.
