Europol: 288 people arrested in global raid on the dark web. 850 kilos of drugs, 117 firearms and 51 million euros in virtual cash and currency seized.
158 were arrested in the United Kingdom, 55 in the U.S., 52 in Germany, 10 in the Netherlands, five in France and one in Brazil. This raid is the continuation of a German police operation conducted in 2021 during which the criminal infrastructure of "Monopoly Market" was seized. "International law enforcement has the means and ability to identify you and hold you accountable for your illegal activities," says Europol's executive director.
