Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan shamed opposition leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu for his words about Russia's alleged interference in the Turkish election campaign. Erdogan's statement, made by him during a rally in Istanbul, was broadcast by the TRT TV channel.

The Kremlin officially stated that there can be no talk of any interference. Earlier, the Turkish politician in his Twitter in Russian language appealed to "dear Russian friends", whom he accused of "conspiracy" and the spread of fake content.
