Four of the 21 Russian drones that attacked Khmelnytskyi bypassed Ukrainian air defenses. A large mushroom cloud formed, with double detonations.
At least 11 people were injured in the attack, the Ukrainian news site Strana reported. The images of the explosion have been geolocated and verified by the volunteer group Geoconfirmed. By watching several videos from different angles, the volunteers have been able to triangulate and identify an ammunition depot as the detonation site. The Russian side wants to show that it is fighting against the support coming from the West.
