[HIGHLIGHTS] Dorotea has many charging points – but is the only municipality in the country without electric cars

At the turn of the year, Sorsele had only three electric cars in traffic. Dorotea was the only one in the whole country to have no electric car at all.

At three different locations there are charging points for electric cars. But only passing electric vehicles charge there."Electric cars are expensive, and we need to have something that works," says Doroteabo Oliva Jäderfeldt, who drives a Merca diesel. The average income in the municipality is not so high, the municipal commissioner believes.
