Former US President Donald Trump is suing his former lawyer Michael Cohen for more than USD 500 million. Trump accuses Cohen of having "malicious intent" and "spreading falsehoods" about Trump.
Cohen has previously admitted to committing crimes on behalf of Trump. The lawsuit comes a week after court proceedings against Trump, who stands accused of, among other things, accounting fraud in the 2016 presidential election. The trial is expected to take place next year.Michel Cohen has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
