Haifa Bamehriz Henriksson and her husband Roger believe that the Swedish Migration Agency is wrong when they claim that the authority did not know that Haifa wanted to apply for a work permit. The Swedish Migration agency says that they know what they have written in their own documents regarding Haifa's case.
The authority says that no application has been received and that they can't know what Haifa wants. In the video, the agency responds to the criticism – and you hear why the agency did not help Haifa do the right thing.
