First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Viktor Vodolatsky commented in an interview with RT on the statement by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell. Borrell said that European countries would prefer to spend budget funds on social policy, but they have to give them to Ukraine.
He also noted that there are no conditions for a diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Ukraine now. The EU has lost its face and is one of the tools of the state Department, through which various manipulations are carried out today.
