Deputies of the Orenburg Legislative Assembly sent to the State Duma and the Federation Council an initiative of a bill proposing to euthanize aggressive stray dogs. A child died as a result of an attack by a pack of stray dogs in the courtyard of his own house.
The head of the housing and communal services department of Orenberg was detained on charges of negligence. The initiative will not receive approval from any department, according to the deputy who is in charge of the bill.
