The woman who was found dead in a freezer in a home in Årjäng municipality has now been identified. It is the Norwegian woman who has been missing for many years and whose former partner has been in custody since mid-March.
The man, who is suspected of murder, aggravated breach of grave integrity and violation of the peace order, claims himself that he put the woman in the freezer in 2018. The prosecutor requested an extension of the prosecution period by another two weeks and thus requests that the man remain in custody.
