Frenchman Dorian Godon (AG2R-Citroën) won the Brabant Fleche. Godon, 26, was part of a six-man breakaway initiated by former France champion Remi Cavagna 38 kilometres from the line.
Another Frenchman Benoît Cosnefroy completed the triumph of the AG2R formation by taking third place ahead of his two compatriots Rémi Cavagna and Axel Zingle. The latter could not keep up with Godon and Healy when they placed a start in the penultimate difficulty of the day 18 terminals from the finish.
