Renewed clashes with heavy and light weapons between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) resumed on Sunday. No signs of the two sides being ready to stop the battles that have killed 676 people, wounded 5576, and displaced hundreds of thousands.

Areas in the cities of Bahri (north) and Omdurman (west) witnessed heavy gunfire and explosion, while warplanes targeted rapid support gatherings. On Thursday, the army and RSF agreed on the Jeddah Declaration, which includes immediate humanitarian commitments.
