China has never interfered in Afghanistan's internal affairs, never sought selfish interests in Afghanistan, and never sought so-called spheres of influence. China will continue to provide assistance within its capacity for Afghanistan's reconstruction and development, plan and implement various aid commitments with Afghanistan, steadily promote economic, trade and investment cooperation, and help Afghanistan achieve independent and sustainable development at an early date.
