A few days ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Canceling the Employment Registration Card for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Starting from 2023, universities will no longer issue employment registration cards to graduates, nor will they use this certificate as a necessary material for procedures such as recruitment, settlement, file receipt and transmission of college graduates.
The destination registration system will replace the employment registration card and become a necessary certificate for college students to leave, move, transfer and employment.
