The Kurdish terrorist organization PPK's activities in Sweden are "extensive" and are taking place to a greater extent than previously known. This is the main reason why Turkey has so far stopped Sweden from joining NATO.
They have Sweden as a base for raising money through racketeering, drug sales and "a lot of things that harm Swedish society" The links between gang crime in Sweden and terrorism in Turkey mean that the countries share a common interest, says the Foreign Minister Tobias Billström.
