NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg welcomed the decision of several NATO countries to train Ukrainian pilots on F-16s. "This decision does not make NATO and its allies a party to the conflict," he said.

EU foreign and defence policy chief Josep Borrell said the bloc has provided more than €10 billion in military support to Ukraine since the start of the war. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that Ukraine cannot win militarily in the war with Russia.
