Australia and New Zealand celebrate the coronation of Charles III as King of the United Kingdom. The leaders of the two countries, both supporters of the republican system, participated in the ceremony in London.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation broadcast the salute ceremony with 21 artillery rounds fired in front of parliament in Canberra. In New Zealand, the New Zealand Defence Force said the army fired 21 rounds from the Point Greeningham area of the capital, Wellington. Both leaders support their countries' secession from the monarchy, but have said they will remain loyal to King Charles.
