[HIGHLIGHTS] An error in the instruction could annul the judicial case against the husband of the former director of the Civil Guard

Juan Carlos Martínez is the husband of the former director general of the Civil Guard, María Gámez. He is being investigated, along with his two brothers, for the alleged diversion of public funds from the IDEA agency of the Junta de Andalucía.

The appeal that seeks to annul this judicial case has been filed by the lawyer Juan Carlos Alférez, of the law firm Constitución 23, defender of Bienvenido Martís.
