Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh should accept Azerbaijani citizenship or leave the region. He added that Baku is going to sign a peace agreement in the near future to end the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Russian peacekeepers conduct round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and control over compliance with the ceasefire at 30 observation posts in the conflict zone. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that two ceasefire violations were recorded in the Martuni region.
