Lawyer and member of the Freedoms Committee of the Bar Association, Dr. Hani Sameh, submitted an official complaint to the Prime Minister and the Egyptian Minister of Culture.
The complaint complained against the production company "Jaafar Al-Omda" and the author and director of the work, Mohamed Sami. The communication, which bore the number 346557, sparked controversy on social media, after the end of the series became threatened with change. The artist Hala Sedky – who plays the role of "Safsaf" the hero's mother – published a post attached to a picture through her official Instagram account.
