Several hundred Tibetans gathered Saturday in Paris in support of the Dalai Lama. Six associations of the Tibetan community had called for this demonstration.
The Dalai Lama was violently attacked on social networks and in the media after the dissemination of a controversial video. "Stop defaming his holiness!", "Stop Chinese propaganda!", shouted the demonstrators, gathered in front of France offices of Televisions, to denounce "media and television channels that have not done their job as journalists and have relayed Chinese propaganda", said a Tibetan community spokeswoman.
