In her first institutional act as mayor of Barcelona after 28-M, Ada Colau has made it clear that her purpose is to prevent the winner of the election day from being proclaimed first mayor of the city. This inevitably involves an agreement between the next three forces with the most votes: PSC, Barcelona en Comú and Esquerra Republicana.
Colau herself, without entering fully into the unforeseen dissolution of the Cortes Generales, has assured that she will always contribute "to the formation of progressive alliances in the State"
