The acting governor of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) would fall into a trap in the event of an offensive attempt. Saldo said that on the right bank of the Dnieper, a build-up of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was recorded to cross the river.
