Walter César Solís Calero, 42, was arrested on Wednesday in the bathrooms of a girls' school in the town of Huancayo, in the region of Junin, in Peru. The deputy director of the Santa Rosa de América center noticed her appearance when she told her, thinking she was a girl, to go to class.
