The unified government complaints system in Egypt was established in 2017 with the aim of enhancing communication with citizens to solve their problems. The system received more than 120,4 complaints, requests and distress in March, an average of about <> complaints per day, according to a statement issued by the Council of Ministers last week.

The complaints system has allocated 5 ways to receive citizens' complaints, namely: the official website of the system, the hotline, and a mobile application called "At Your Service"
