The second half of the five by-elections and unified local elections will begin at 5 a.m. on Election Day on the 23rd.
Voting will be held for the House of Representatives' Chiba 5th district, Wakayama 5st district, Yamaguchi 1nd district, Yamanaguchi 2th district and House of Councillors Oita constituency. The results are expected to affect Prime Minister Kishida's administration and the future election strategies of each party.
