A surveillance camera from the Office of Customs and Border Protection of the United States captured the moment in which a 4-year-old boy is thrown over the wall. The head of the U.S.
Border Patrol Raul Ortiz later reported via Twitter that the child was treated by a first aid team after receiving the alert. Ortiz reported that the agents who moved to the area reported "shots near their position," so the event is still being investigated to try to identify the suspects that appear in the images.
