The 18-year-old is also appealing Eksjö District Court's verdict where she was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Tove in Vetlanda. Through her new lawyer Peter Gillberg, she demands that the charge of murder be dismissed.
Gillberg writes that the district court made "a manifestly erroneous evidentiary evaluation of the oral and written material relied upon" In addition to the fact that he believes the murder charge should be dismissed, he believes that the grave violation should not be assessed as serious.
