Three teenage boys – aged 15, 17 and 17 – are charged with murder after the fatal shooting in Sätra in November 2022. According to the prosecutor, at the time of the murder it was the two 17-year-olds who shot – the 15-year -old was keeping watch.
"We have forensic evidence that he doesn't," says the boy's lawyer Rebecca Vinsa Mueller. The lawsuit states that all three are charged. with murder, but that only the two 18-year –olds are alleged shooters.
