Lund resident Kamal Elgameil is stuck in his native Sudan. He works as a doctor in the city of Madani about 20 kilometers south of Khartoum.
Right now there is a ceasefire, but that does not mean that Kamal can come home to Sweden. The only way to get home is via evacuation flights departing from north of Khartsoum, but they say it's too dangerous to get there, and Kamal says that no one can imagine driving there anyway.
