Four people killed when boat capsizes in strong winds in northern Italy. Two of the victims were members of the Italian intelligence service.
The fourth victim is an Israeli national who was visiting the area for a birthday party. The accident was caused by a "whirlwind", according to local media reports. The incident happened in the area of Lake Maggiore in the south of the country, near the city of Lampedusa. The cause of the accident is not yet known, according to the local authorities.
