Female volunteers spend almost all their free time in hospitals in Moscow and the region. They help fighters who were injured during a special military operation.

"My 'firstborn' had his leg amputated up to his knee and part of his colon and small intestine removed," says Tatyana, 40. "The easiest thing to do is to bring a donut and say, 'Be happy,' but talking, sitting, helping with documents, distracting them somehow is more difficult, but also more valuable," says Natalia, 59.
