The Zenith of Paris insists Tuesday on its "vigilance" concerning a show of Dieudonné, controversial comedian, and Francis Lalanne, anti-vax singer, in September. "It is necessary to keep in mind that the operator of the Zenith has no leeway to authorize or prohibit the presentation of a show," says the venue's president.

The prerogative "to ban a demonstration belongs only to the competent authorities (court, prefecture, council of state...) and not to the operator," adds Daniel Colling.
